Pre-made bottle: Before use, shake the bottle well to mix the oils, then simply press down on the dispenser and use the foam to wash your hands. While doing so, take the time to practice mindfulness by reflecting on your day & letting go of the negative. Breathe deeply, slowly and with intent. Hā ki roto, hā ki waho - you got this!

Re-fill for bottle: Take the uku huhuka (foaming soap) base and place in your foaming soap dispenser. Top up with 300ml of wai (water).

To level up your experience, consider boiling some water with botanicals from your garden - especially nice to use are rose petals, manuka, rosemary or other herbs to create floral or herbaceous scents.

Once done, use as instructed above.
